NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the Association of Ontario Snowboarders (operating as Ontario Snowboard) will be held online on Tuesday June 10th, 2025, at 7PM
If you are interested in attending the meeting, please register by June 9th, 2025, at 5pm by emailing Janet Richter at [email protected]
An online meeting invitation will be sent to all registrants no later than 3pm June 10th, 2025.
In accordance with our Bylaws, AGM materials will be available for your review on our website prior to the meeting www.ontariosnowboard.ca
If for any reason you are unable to attend this meeting and would like to authorize a proxy, please complete and sign the attached Proxy Form. Your signed proxy may be scanned and emailed to the attention of Janet Richter at [email protected].
All proxies must be received by June 9th, 2025, at 5pm.
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR THE AOS BOARD OF DIRECTORS & COMMITTEES
If you’re interested in becoming a member of the Board of Directors or assisting on one of our committees please complete the Expression of Interest Form and return the completed form to the AOS at 4-115 First Street Suite 203 Collingwood, Ontario L9Y 4W3, or scan and email it to the attention of The Nominating Committee at [email protected] by May 25th, 2025 at 5pm
We would like to encourage anyone to apply to become a member of the Board but specifically the Board of Directors is looking for board members with experience in sponsorship, marketing and communications, knowledge of the Canadian sport system and persons involved within the snowboard industry.
