NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Association of Ontario Snowboarders (operating as Ontario Snowboard) will be held online on Monday March 22^nd, 2021 at 8pm  

If you are interested in attending the meeting please register by March 21^st, 2021 at 5pm and an online meeting invitation will be sent to you no later than 1pm on March 22^nd, 2021 REGISTER HERE

In accordance with our Bylaws, AGM materials will be available for your review on our website prior to the meeting.

If for any reason you are unable to attend this meeting and would like to authorize a proxy, please complete and sign the attached Proxy Form. Your signed proxy may be scanned and emailed to the attention of Janet Richter at [email protected].
